Jimmy Butler Over 6.5 Assists -112 1.12 units to win 1 unit: Butler is coming off two bad scoring games but continues to look for his teammates to get them the open shot. Butler is not in a score-first mentality right now. He has done a much better job being the primary facilitator compared to being the primary scorer. Butler averaged 7.1 assists per game during the regular season, which lead the team. While being 13th in the NBA in assists per game. While only going over this total in one of the two games this postseason. In the last game, the Heat played what might have been their worst basketball of the season. Butler totaled four assists on 11 potential assists. Then the game before this he had eight assists on 15 potential assists in an overtime loss. So we can see Butler was on pace again for another 7+ assist night. Butler's prop actually dropped from 7.5 assists for the over/under in games one and two. While dropping to 6.5 assists tonight for the over/under. We are getting great value when really nothing has changed outside of a blowout leading to a bad shooting night for the Heat. Now back in Miami, the Heat look to get back on track tonight. Down 2-0 in the series the Heat need to turn around this series tonight so expect a little more motivation from the Heat players as they try to defend home court. Plus, being at home usually means the role players play a little better. If he gets the help of a good shooting night from these role players, expect him to cruise past this prop tonight.
